Mr. Chen Xin is Chairman of Hua Ding Construction Corporation (a subsidiary of China’s largest construction company). He is also Deputy Secretary-General and Chair of the Engineering Committee of Beijing based China National Building Decoration Association, China’s (and the world’s) largest membership association.

Hua Ding is a fully integrated construction, architectural, and engineering enterprise, which delivers projects across all industry sectors including airports, high speed railways, subways, large hotels, hospitals, schools, shopping malls, business centers etc.

Hua Ding was responsible for the 2010 Expo China Pavilion Project, Shanghai Pudong International Airport, and the 492 meter high Shanghai World Financial Center, together with many other iconic projects across China and globally – including the USA and UK. Hua Ding is the most awarded construction and engineering corporation in China for quality, professionalism and consistency of delivery.

Hua Ding is part of China Construction Corporation, a top 500 company globally and the largest construction company in China.

Mr. Chen is also the current Deputy Secretary-General of China’s largest membership organization – China National Building Decoration Association based in Beijing, and is Chair of the Engineering Committee.
